About the IASC Leadership Summit

An Aviation Forum

Inspired by Leaders

For Leaders

In 2018, the IASC team was organizing the inaugural Leadership Summit, serving as the civil aviation component of the CIIE. We engaged with industry stakeholders to determine how our event could best support the industry. Industry leaders, including Phillippe Bardol, Asia Pacific Senior Vice President of Safran; Dr. Christoph Schrempp, General Manager of the Airbus Tianjin Delivery Center; and Troy Wang, Senior Vice President of Customers Greater China at Rolls-Royce, generously shared their insights, highlighting a demand from frontline leaders in civil aviation for increased opportunities to align ideas, develop solutions, introduce new strategies, and foster collaboration. The summit addresses this unmet need.

The Leadership Summit brings together the best in aviation—business leaders, innovators, policymakers, and scholars—to explore the issues most relevant to the industry's future, stimulating new thinking and inspiring action. It provides a unique environment to network and connect with the linchpins of aviation.
