Terms of Service
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the corresponding definitions:
"Summit" or "Event" refers to the IASC Leadership Summit.
"Organizer" refers to the entity responsible for the organization and management of the Summit.
"Participant", "Delegate", or "Attendee" refers to any individual who registers to attend the Summit.
"Venue" refers to the location where the Summit is held.
2. Registration and Admission
Registration must be completed through the Summit's official website or authorized registration channels.
Admission to the Summit is only possible for registered Participants who have received a confirmation email from the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to the Summit for any reason.
3. Payment
Full payment of the registration fee must be received prior to the Summit.
Registration fees cover access to the Summit sessions, materials, and certain meal provisions as specified by the Organizer.
All payments must be made in the currency specified by the Organizer.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Summit’s registration team.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to specific deadlines and may incur a processing fee.
In the event of a Summit cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer shall endeavor to refund registration fees but is not liable for any other costs incurred by Participants.
5. Behavior and Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times during the Summit.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Summit, including but not limited to the content of presentations and materials distributed, are owned by the Organizer.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during the registration process will be used in accordance with the Summit's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Participants may be photographed or recorded during the Summit, and the Organizer reserves the right to use such images and recordings for promotional purposes.
8. Liability and Indemnification
The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury or property damage suffered by Participants during the Summit, except to the extent caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to their participation in the Summit.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be communicated to registered Participants.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Summit is held, and any disputes relating thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
By registering for the Summit, Participants expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
